BRIDAL GOWN RETURNS

**Our online return policy does not apply to in-store or in-state purchases. All in-store sales are final.

OffWhiteBride.com offers a "No Hassle" return policy on all in-stock wedding dress purchases. If you purchase a dress that we have in inventory you have 7 days after receipt to return it. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with all tags still attached.

All wedding dress purchases that are returnable will include a prepaid return shipping label. You will be responsible for return shipping, and the cost of original shipping which will be deducted from your return. If your purchase included free shipping your credit will be minus our cost of shipping.

Please allow for 1-5 business days for all refund processing to occur.

Sample Sale Wedding Dresses

Sample Sale wedding dresses are gowns that have been tried on in our store. All sample sale gowns will be professionally cleaned before shipment. All sample sale gowns may need minor to extensive repairs and alterations depending on the sample sale gown condition and size. All sample sale gowns under $499 are a FINAL SALE, and are not returnable.

If you have questions regarding the condition of a sample sale gown prior to purchase please let us know.

All sample sale wedding dress purchases that are returnable will include a prepaid return shipping label. You will be responsible for return shipping, and the cost of original shipping which will be deducted from your return. If your purchase included free shipping your credit will be minus our cost of shipping.

Special Order Items

Returns on Special Order items will incur a mandatory 50% restocking fee. This restocking fee applies to the total purchase price of the item. If we do not have a dress in our physical inventory it is considered a special order. Please be aware that the majority of bridal gowns listed are Special Order Items. If your item is a Special Order item you will be notified via a confirmation email regarding order details and shipping. At this time you will be given 24 hours to contact us to cancel your order.

Cancellations and Changes

All Wedding Dress orders cancelled within 24 hours will be given a full refund. If you fail to cancel your order within 24 hours or within 24 hours of receiving the "Order Confirmation + Estimated Shipping Date" email your order will be subject to a mandatory 50% restocking fee. If you want to change anything about your order you must do so within 24 hours. After this 24 hour period we cannot change the size, color, or style of your purchase without requiring a fee.

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with all tags still attached. Please be aware that the majority of bridesmaids listed are Special Order Items.

Because each wedding is so unique bridesmaid dress designers offers dozens of color options and size choices to meet your needs-- This means that your bridesmaid dress is a bespoke piece of clothing created especially for you to meet your custom specifications. Its is because of the customization involved in bridesmaids dresses that they are not returnable. Please note that most bridesmaid dresses will require some alterations to ensure a perfect fit.

Please be aware that the majority of bridesmaid dresses listed are Special Order Items. If your item is a Special Order item you will be notified via a confirmation email regarding order details and shipping. At this time you will be given 24 hours to contact us to cancel your order.

All Prom Dresses have been discounted due to slight imperfections. The majority of our prom dresses are in excellent condition, but slight repairs might be needed. If you have questions regarding the condition of a prom dress please let us know.
